This is the beginning of ECLIPSE season, we are experiencing the FIRST LUNAR ECLIPSE of 2024!
Eclipse seasons are a deeply transformative time. They bring with them potent energy that often creates opportunities for massive growth & expansion in our lives.
Eclipse energy is powerful enough to altar the direction of your life and propel you into a whole new chapter.
** If changes need to be made in your life, eclipses can set those in motion. They push things along, sometimes causing abrupt endings and changes (whether you want them or not).
Lunar eclipses are powerful teachers.
They bring things to the surface to be cleared away, and for something new to take root in your life.
Eclipses allow you to see things that are normally hidden from view. They often bring things to your attention so you can release them and make meaningful, lasting change in your life.
With this eclipse comes the final purge we need to make in our lives in order to enter fully into our next new beginning.
Whatever comes up for you as you move through this time, trust that you are exactly on your path.
Trust the Universe has your back and you are exactly where you are meant to be!
Even if you don’t understand it or don’t know why something is happening. It's pushing you further along your path; which doesn’t always feel good. Growth and change is positive and exciting, and it can also be hard as hell.

TIPS:
Make sure you take extra gentle care of yourself as we move through the last of this intense energy.
Allow yourself to feel whatever you need to feel.
Allow any emotions that come up to flow through you.
Don’t get too stuck in anything that comes up.
Listen closely to what your spirit needs.
Remember: A new version of you is being born.
Anyone who’s given birth can tell you that being born can be a messy and painful business. But woo-eee it is gorgeous in the end. And so worth it!!
